With over a decade of experience in the spa and wellness industry, Nadia brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and care to The Spa Room. Originally from South Africa, she draws on her global perspective and diverse training—which includes certifications in Indian head massage, reflexology, aroma spa therapy, lash extensions, and more.

In addition to her wellness expertise, Nadia holds a Project Management and Business Diploma and has extensive experience in the nuclear industry as a Project Coordinator at Bruce Power. By blending these two distinct career paths, along with her multicultural background, she brings a unique combination of creativity, inclusivity, coordination, and leadership to her work.

A strong advocate for self-care, Nadia believes everyone deserves to take time to nurture themselves. Her warm presence and client-centered philosophy are at the heart of everything The Spa Room offers. When founding The Spa Room, Nadia’s vision was to create a welcoming space where everyone feels valued and cared for. She also strives to foster a supportive work environment where her team feels safe, happy, and empowered to express their best selves.
